Matanzas High School embraces the Flagler Schools vision of providing personalized learning to students while supporting the culture of innovation that engages and motivates students to seek their maximum potential through Diploma+ Programs. By providing opportunities for every student to explore, expand, and succeed in high-interest fields that are relevant to them, we can provide an optimal learning environment for each of our students.
The Diploma+ programs at Matanzas High School offer students the ability to discover paths to help lead them from the classroom to the career of their choice. Matanzas High School has based their Diploma+ Programs on the targeted industries in Flagler County, as identified by the Flagler County Department of Economic Opportunity, as well as desired skills identified by the Federal Department of Labor and local organizations such as Career Source.

Filling out the Diploma+ Programs application is not mandatory but acceptance will ensure placement into the classes as there is finite space available.
